Make the colors work
Turquoise Punch uses deep teal for actions and pink for supporting highlights. Deep Lagoon uses a dark base with a lighter aqua action. Compare those roles before trying to force the same teal into both a light and a dark interface.
Teal and green can look distinct in isolated swatches but become hard to tell apart in a small chart. Give data categories labels and shapes, and test representative chart sizes. The color-vision preview helps inspect a direction; it cannot promise universal distinguishability.
Aqua surfaces can echo water or glass imagery, but they can also compete with it. Keep image captions on a checked surface and compare a neutral alternative. The image extractor gives you source colors; the generator lets you assign their jobs.
