Make the colors work
Butter & Blue uses a pale yellow page with deeper blue actions. Poster Yellow reserves a brighter yellow for emphasis beside a quieter green-gray structure. Both keep the body copy dark instead of asking yellow to do every job.
A yellow fill can be perfectly readable with a dark label and still blend into a pale page. When its boundary is needed to recognize a control, inspect that adjacent pair too. A label check alone does not cover the entire button.
The hex values describe flat sRGB colors; they do not simulate metallic material or guarantee a printed finish. For a restrained website, try the golden color on small badges and retain plain dark text for prices, dates and instructions.
